Hoof and Claw - Liberty of the Seas

Just like any other modern cruise ship, Royal Caribbean’s Liberty of the Seas is loaded with options to have a drink. One of our favorite options though, is unlike any other. The Hoof and Claw is Liberty of the Seas iconic British pub on the promenade! Most of the newer Royal Caribbean Ships are including this British pub themed bar option and we think they are just so cool. Scroll on down below to learn more!

Vibe

So as you can see by the photos, the vibe of Hoof and Claw is that of a British pub. There are really comfortable chairs, a lot of wood tones, and artwork that really makes you feel like you have been transported across the pond to a small English hamlet. Royal Caribbean really nailed the theming on this pub. One of the coolest aspects about the Hoof and Claw is that it is located right on Liberty’s promenade, making the Hoof and Claw a great place to people watch. It is also an ideal bar to hang out in to catch the occasional parade or dance party that pops off on the promenade. Some of the tables even spill out onto the promenade itself. These tables are our favorite spot on board to grab a quick card game or board game.

Drinks

The theming of the Hoof and Claw does not stop with the vibes though. This is bar where you can get the most beers on tap and English themed cocktails. Some of these cocktails include fancy drinks made with beer (lots of Guinness options!) and there is even an entire menu of scotches and whiskies. The service here was fantastic. - the bartenders were really skilled at getting you something that you like. They even matched the theming as well with special pub inspired uniforms. All the drinks we tried here were fantastic.

Live Music

One of the coolest things about the Hoof and Claw was the fact that the pub had live music each night. This was super fun to just sit and relax to (or even sing along). They rotated a country music cover artist and guitar contemporary cover artist so there was always a good rotation of songs coming out of here. Just like all the other musicians in the Royal Caribbean fleet, the musicians who played at the Hoof and Claw were super talented.
