The Elser Hotel - One of the Best in Miami?
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Elser Hotel, and the experience surpassed all expectations. Nestled in a vibrant location, this hotel offers a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and convenience. The proximity to the cruise port was a major highlight for us, making our embarkation process seamless.
The Elser Hotel boasts stylish and well-appointed rooms, providing a haven of relaxation after a day of exploration. The attentive and friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly welcomed.
One of the standout features was the array of dining options surrounding the hotel. From trendy cafes to exquisite restaurants, the culinary scene in the vicinity added a delightful touch to our stay. The hotel itself offers an exceptional dining experience, with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes.
Exploring the area around the Elser Hotel was a joy, with boutique shops, cultural attractions, and entertainment venues just steps away. The bustling atmosphere added to the overall charm of our visit, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local culture.
In addition to its proximity to the cruise port, the Elser Hotel also provides convenient access to various transportation options, making it easy to explore the city's landmarks and attractions. The thoughtfully curated recommendations from the hotel staff ensured that we made the most of our time in the area.
Amenities
This hotel was loaded with amenities that we were able to enjoy during our stay and made the day before our cruise super enjoyable. To start, we absolutely loved the pool deck. Yes! We said pool deck! The pool, play space, restaurant, and gym were all up on the tenth and eleventh floor. This was so cool because all of this open space had views of downtown Miami and the legendary Biscayne Bay. The pool was particularly awesome. There was a huge screen playing the NFL playoffs. There is a zero entry side so it was great for kids. The huge lawn area had kids games and those same legendary views. We did not get to try the restaurant or gym this trip.
Location
Like we mentioned above, we were staying here because we had a cruise the next morning, so the location for us was absolutely perfect! The hotel it located right across from the busy port of Miami, and from our balcony we could watch the ships coming and going from the port. We were also right across from Miami’s famous Bayside Marketplace - a bustling shopping center with tons of interesting stores and fun places to eat. The Hotel is also right in downtown Miami - so you aren’t far from any of the city’s highlights. The staff were super helpful with arranging us transportation and restaurant recommendations. If you are in town for a Miami Heat game, then the Elser hotel would be perfect. It is less than a 5 minute walk to their arena!
The Room
We definitely enjoyed our room. Most of the rooms here were more set up like condos. There were full kitchens, separated bathrooms and bedrooms, as well as a dining area and full living room. We especially loved that there were washers and dryers in the unit. the bed was super comfortable and gave us an incredible night’s sleep. One of our favorite parts of the bedroom was that you got those same legendary views right from the bed. The balcony was also super cool. We could watch the ships come and go from the Miami cruise port, and since we were staying there before starting our cruise, this was really cool to be able to see.
Conclusion
So would we stay here again? If the price is right - then YES! We paid just over 200$ for this room, and that price totally felt worth it for us. Our kids loved the infinity pool and I definitely enjoyed the views. It was so nice being close to the port for our cruise the next morning. Whether you're a traveler preparing for a cruise or someone looking to experience the heart of the city, the Elser Hotel is undoubtedly a gem worth discovering. We look forward to returning for another exceptional stay in the future. Important to note, but the Elser Hotel also features residences. Love your stay, you could live here!
