The cookies were truly delectable, and the concept was really fun. Crumbl has a rotating menu, each week there will be four completely new cookies to try! Chocolate Chip Cookie

This is the “go-to” cookie. You have to get this cookie right or you have failed as a cookie baker (Cookie maker? Cookie artist? I don’t know, lets stick with cookie baker). Let me tell you right now, Crumbl has not failed at chocolate chip, they have excelled at chocolate chip. This cookie was amazing. Served warm, it was just the right amount of gooey. The edges had the ever so slightly desired amount of crisp. And those chips, rather chunks, of chocolate - sublime. Out of the four cookies we tried - this was my second favorite.

Iced Sugar Cookie

This is not your grandma’s sugar cookie! This cookie has a whole different vibe than the others, because it is served chilled. The cold sugar cookie was sweet but not overwhelmingly so - in fact, it was oddly refreshing. It comes iced with a yummy pale pink almond cream frosting. Being that it was served cold - it was the chewiest cookie - which I personally enjoy. This was far and away my wife’s favorite cookie.

Churro Cookie

Churros are one of the most popular deserts in the world. There really is nothing more unappetizing than flour and water mixed together into a formless blob - but drop that blob in hot delicious oil and then coat the result in brown sugar and cinnamon and it becomes something out of this world! Crumbl really nailed this cookie. The only drawback for me was the icing. I think this cookie would be better served plain - just like the crispy delicious treat it was modeled after.

Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

I don’t even know where to begin with this cookie. I’m honestly at a loss for words on how to even describe it. Imagine you take a brownie, top it with cheesecake, and cover the entire thing in chocolate dipped strawberries. That’s the kind of insane flavor we’re talking about here. This was a chocolate cookie topped with a strawberry cheesecake cream. It was frankly life changing and is definitely the best cookie I have ever had, and not to be dramatic, but it might be the best sweet I have ever had. Definitely my favorite cookie at Crumbl the time we went. One drawback of the rotating menu concept is that I might never get the chance to enjoy this beauty again.
